Cancellation policy

1. How to cancel

Email info@weorg.ai with your business name and account email. We process requests within one business day.

You retain full access until the end of your current billing period.

2. Refunds

• 30-day money-back guarantee: New customers receive a full refund within 30 days of their first payment
• Pro-rated refunds: You may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for unused months on your annual subscription

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge date. Processing time is 5-10 business days.

3. Your data

• Export: Download all your data in CSV, Excel, or JSON format before cancellation
• 30-day grace period: Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, during which you can reactivate your account and have everything restored
• Permanent deletion: After 30 days, all data is encrypted-deleted and cannot be recovered

4. Enterprise customers

Enterprise customers with custom contracts should refer to their specific agreement terms. Cancellation may require 30-90 days notice and may involve additional terms regarding data migration and support.
